Our Skills and Experience:

Matthew has 25 years’ experience in helping organisations grow. Working initially in marketing and developing brands across sport, education and health Matthew has since helped organisations reposition themselves, helping refocus and develop strategic focus, both as a consultant and as a leader. Matthew has over the past 10 years been a leader in the third sector, most recently being a CEO in the social care & addiction field where he led the growth of a charity from a £1m to £7m turnover. Matthews expertise focus on strategy development , income generation and fundraising, stakeholder development & management, marketing & communications and lobbying government.

Most recently Matthew has undertaken a range of projects in impact assessment, developing strategy, setting evaluation criteria and developing return on investment across a range of clients and sectors. 

Matthew is driven by helping others, in particular in providing support and opportunities for those who need them most. A former professional swimmer, Matthew now lives on the coast in Wales with his family, and spends his free time walking the dog, tinkering with cars or swimming slowly.
